Modern Language Center (MLC) is a corporate language training company headquartered in Mexico City. This page describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you visit modernlanguagecenter.com or submit a form.
We collect only the information you give us through our forms (name, work email, company, phone, team size, city) plus standard analytics data (anonymized page-view counts via Google Analytics 4 and LinkedIn Insight Tag). We do not use third-party cookies for advertising retargeting beyond LinkedIn campaign attribution.
Form submissions are routed to our internal sales team to schedule a follow-up. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party. Your data lives in MLC's CRM and is retained for the duration of any active conversation, plus three years thereafter.
You can request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO rights) to your personal data by emailing privacy@modernlanguagecenter.com. We respond within 20 business days.
We use a minimum set of cookies for analytics and session continuity. No advertising cookies are set without your explicit consent.
